Tai Chi is a form of Qigong (Chi Gong) energy practice that can benefit anyone. When practiced on a regular basis Tai Chi can will improve your balance, coordination and focus. Research has shown that you can reduce pain from arthritis, reduce the potential of falling, improve your mental balance and feel healthier just by practicing this ancient art.This class will consist of learning the Tai Chi principles of relaxation, proper weight transfer and stepping, deep breathing and correct alignment and include some traditional Qigong sequences also.

First class is free to try. Please register with Marsha either online at, or by email at Students may purchase 4 week pass at $50, 8 weeks with 9th class free $95. (need minimum of 10 people to run the class) Tai Chi is progressive so you are encouraged to try not to miss a class. NO CLASSES Oct 11 or Nov. 8 (Election Day).
